Owners Access is an exclusive club designed to drive meaningful engagement with majority investors in the Hilton Worldwide portfolio of brands. The club delivers unparalleled ease, access and recognition for the majority hotel Owners in order to earn “first-choice” preference for Hilton Worldwide. Our challenge was to concept and produce a “showpiece” direct mailer to evolve each Owners’ expectation of the club beyond his/her past behavior. We were expected to drive engagement with four categories of Owners while reinforcing the key club benefits.
