Prism entered a space that loves to lead with complexity, even when the stakes are very human. As an AI platform built to support medical research, it needed to feel trustworthy and usable from the start. Working closely with the Prism team, the focus stayed on how the product would actually show up for clinicians and researchers in their day-to-day work. The brand was built around empathy as a strategic foundation. Nothing cold. Nothing overly futuristic. Every touchpoint was designed to feel clear, supportive and grounded. By launch, Prism didn’t read as just another AI platform, but as a thoughtful partner built to sit alongside the people advancing medical insight.
